Why would I believe in magicians and witch-crafts

When they’re just heard and gone?

Why will I believe in the bitterness of plums

When I’ve never felt that before?

Why shall I believe in myths and folklore

When they never existed in front of my eyes?

Yet I believe in God

I believe in angles

I believe in fairies

Who would take me to a fairyland.

And all because I’ve seen them exist

Exist in none but a lady.

And guess how blessed I might be

To have this lady as my mummy.
