I’ve been going through an internal turmoil,
The man I love
Is also the one I would not like,
I wish to splice my soul
Into two – let a part love
And the other dislike.
But my heart beats for both –
Love and it’s counterparts,
And I still don’t know
What this shall become.

With twenty roses and a crumpled paper
This guy stood starring at that girl in blue.
His gestures and frantic calls
Left me with no clue.
I saw his cheeks turn pink
I witnessed him get a blush.
I saw his throat swell in and out
And he stood there frozen with a confused frown.
That little lady smiled at him
Ah! His heart gave a splutter.
I watched this girl-her intricate movements
As this lad tried to speak.
Alas! He was tongue-tied.
And those three little words were left unspoken,
Those words… unspoken.
They have always said: "No matter what comes about, listen to your heart. Let your heart speak". But is it so easy to do so...? Is our heart always happy? What does it actually say and what do we do?
